Week 4
Pre-Cutover
Our experts hold an internal workshop to finalize all preparations and ensure all team members executing the migration understand their specific role for cutover day.
Week 6
Stabilization
Any remediating issues or one-off incidents that may have emerged after the cutover is addressed and resolved. A dedicated Engineer team is assigned, and reaction time is measured in minutes during the Stabilization week.
Week 8
Project Closeout
The appropriate technical tools are configured to connect to the source and the destination according to the unique workloads, and then validated.

Roadmap is developed detailing the planned migration approach, including a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) that highlights the corresponding tasks, and instructions and recommendations to enable sustainable end-user adoption.

Data Staging
The numerous different data workloads are moved into the destination in a staged manner, and the data is updated and maintained in preparation for cutover.

Cutover
The migration is executed, including quality checks and evaluating potential system issues, as a single Friday evening / weekend event to reduce business disruption.

Post-migration Support
